Christine Moon Morrell is a Trauma-Informed Certified Life & Empowerment Coach devoted to helping women who've experienced childhood trauma reclaim their truth and step into the radiant lives they were always meant to lead.
Her work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn't mean becoming someone new—it means remembering who you've always been, before trauma defined your worth and the world told you who you were supposed to be.
Christine's own journey began after a near-fatal car accident at 17, which unearthed long-buried memories and set her on a path of deep healing and transformation. Years of therapy and personal development led her to somatic and body-based practices, where she finally experienced the connection and wholeness she'd been seeking. Through this awakening, she realized she had always carried the strength and wisdom within her that she needed for holistic healing.
As a survivor, Christine credits her relationship with God for helping her choose forgiveness over bitterness and finding meaning in even the most difficult moments. Even as a young child, her connection to God was profound—she would pray so devotedly each night that she'd often fall asleep with her hands still folded in prayer, asking God to watch over those she loved most like her family, furry babies, and friends. Christine even prayed for the person who had caused her the deepest pain—her perpetrator—because she believed he was sick and needed God's help to heal.
She recognizes that trauma survivors are strengthened by having a higher power or deeper source of strength to lean on during life's toughest challenges—whether that's God, the Universe, Source, Creator, Divine, Spirit, or whatever resonates most deeply with them.
Christine holds space for women, empowering and gently guiding them as they unpeel layers of pain, shame, and self-doubt—so they can reclaim their voice, their worth, and the brilliance that has always been theirs.
